The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Dispatch time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed and dispatched by our team. Processing times are dependent on the shipping option selected by the customer. Our fulfillment is coordinated in house from our USA based HQ.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks. For domestic orders, after processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take 1-2 weeks to reach their destination.
